Yes. All of my students get a Certificate of Completion.
A registration can be canceled for a full refund up to a week before the start of the training. Any time after that one week, refund is non-refundable. As stated earlier, Okonta Solutions’ classes are designed and specifically tailored towards the unique needs of a client. This attention to detail takes time, coupled with research and verifiable data.
We have different schedules, once again, based on the needs of the clients. This is personalized training, so our schedule is in conjunction with the registrant’s time-table. The classes are broken up into 4 seasonal sections – Winter, Spring, Summer and Autumn and they usually run about 4-6 weeks. We also offer intensive “micro-learning” classes that can be done in a day or weekend.

Your mic and webcams are disabled upon class start time, but are enabled as needed for interaction. Generally, the chat box is recommended for talking to trainer.
For years Okonta Solutions has been giving in-person training. The training was more personable and left room for one-on-one questions. Switching to virtual/online training is the alternative due to the COVID-19 situation. It is important to note that we have not skipped a beat to ensure that the training is interactive, exciting, lively, well-designed for remote learning, and creative.
